Mitchell Enterprises has served both private and Government clients in the North Texas area since 1974. Originally founded under the name Emcon, Everett and Harold Mitchell began a track record of quality built facilities by the second generation, Steve and Tim Mitchell, and third generation grandson, Shane Mitchell.

Continuing a legacy reputation for fair and honest contracting, Mitchell Enterprises now serves the Southwest United States on projects ranging from $500K to 50 million dollar facilities. Our clients have included Government agencies, such as the Corps of Engineers, General Services Adminstration (GSA), various Department in the military, and CIty and State agencies, such as TxDOT, the City of Dallas, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Capital Metro Transportation Authority, Frisco Indpendent School District, and others.

Whereas our primary focus has been in Government facility construction, our capability range is broad. Mitchell has completed several Engineering type projects in drainage management, various parking lots to suit the immediate needs of the client, and several religious facilities as well.

Our goal at Mitchell is not to be the largest contractor in Texas, but one of the best. At Mitchell, we limit the project load on each Project Manager to ensure that our client's project remain a priority. Our staff is made up of knowledgable and professional construction managers with at least a decade of experience running construction projects. At Mitchell, you can be assured that your project will be managed by a staff of individuals dedicated to the successful and timely completition of your construction needs.
